The Stores & Purchase Division of IICB has many new achievements like the first lab in eastern India under CSIR to implement computerised automated stores & purchase activities, the only lab in eastern India having demurrage free customs clearance, only lab to store temperature controlled consumables for Research activities, the only lab to implement vendor management of Inventory for major consumables and so on.
