Current Research Interest

The focus of our laboratory is to unravelthe 3D- structures of proteins. We intend to explore the structure/function relationship and dynamicity of these macromolecules. We use X-ray crystallography, NMR and other biophysical and biochemical approaches to unravel these mysteries of nature.

  • Structural characterization of key epigenetics regulators.
  • Structure based design of inhibitor molecules against Malarial parasite.
  • Elucidation of RNA-Protein complexes at atomic resolution.
  • Structural investigation of Proteins involved in metabolic disorders in human.
