  1. Synthesis of chiral medium ring heterocycles from carbohydrates/amino acid derived precursors (Chiron approach).
  2. Development of synthetic methodology for the generation of benz-annulated medium ring heterocycles related to drug.
  3. Synthesis and conformational studies of carbohydrate/ non-carbohydrate based Triazole-amide pseudo cyclic peptides.
  4. Multicomponent synthesis.
  5. Organic reactions in aqueous medium.
