  2. DNA and RNA polymorphism.
  3. Interaction of Drugs with DNA and RNA: Molecular basis of the antitumor action of alkaloids through biophysical studies.
  4. Binding of a number of medically important natural products and small molecules to polymorphic nucleic acid structures like duplex, triplex and quadruplexes.
  5. Photochemistry and photobiology of alkaloids.
